At By Coco we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day right of return or refund. However, all sale items are final. There is no exchange or refund on items unless defective or faulty.

You have the right to return or request a refund for any item purchased from us within 14 days of receipt if defective or faulty. This period begins from the day you receive your order.
2. Conditions for Returns/Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
3. Return/Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund:

Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the provided address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
4. Postage Fee
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the postage fee for returning the item unless extenuating circumstances apply. We will issue a packing slip for the purposes of post.
5. Processing Returns/Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval:
- For Returns: We will notify you via email and process the return, allowing you to exchange the item or receive store credit.
- For Refunds: We will notify you via email and process the refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
We are unable to process any returns for concerns that fall under general wear and tear. Please carefully read the washing instructions for each item to ensure longevity in your garment. We will also not accept returns for suspicious orders/customers that have been flagged in our system as bulk buyers.
