To initiate a return or refund:

2. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the provided address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Postage Fee

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the postage fee for returning the item unless extenuating circumstances apply. We will issue a packing slip for the purposes of post.

5. Processing Returns/Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval:
